[SUGGESTION] Community Created Factions

I was at my computer, looking at factions of races while playing NAE (well, I was waiting for my ships to finish building), and I thought, "WHAT WHAT? I can ONLY pick the nations THEY MAKE?"

And now I really have an argument going: We can make every single ship we produce of a different model AND a different AI if we so choose. It's a sandbox game. So why can't we have our own factions?

Either enable community created factions or give us the choice to use a race independent of the factions.

Players are not part of any of the factions.
