Is this cost for movement? As in, it "costs" more time for armies to move on Mountains?

Or is this a cost for building? As in, it "costs" more time, or resources to build on Mountains?

I am guessing movement for units/armies/etc for ground combat.

How many ability points the movement type takes to move into the hex.

It might take 3 AP for infantry to move into a desert hex but s for a unit with treads.

Roads and mountains overwrite all other movement costs.

Just checking in its been a few years.I see you are still working on it but I have read the infiltrator system is offline now ? is it coming back at some point ? I believe I did the over $100+ tier cant remember the exact amount. I have a ton of stuff in my account that can be "redeemed" including name reservation, various design a "x"feature, planets and various others things ... All that stuff still valid?

Going back to another one of my major concerns ( look at my post history for my concern post in 2014) - is there still going to be a defense against mega alliances going around destroying all of a solo players planets ( ie 15 -20 people going around destroying all non aligned planets just because their easy targets ) making it so you are *forced* to join an alliance just to survive ?

Anyways glad to see there is some progress still being made still and its not dead .. it still seems like it is a intresting concept.

Everything is still valid.

Almost all our design goals are centered around preventing coalitions.
We just made some major changes to the way official alliances and espionage works which makes it pretty much impossible to make a coalition.

Cool thanks for taking the time to respond . I'll check back another time I'm part of the steam group but dont use fb and twitter so hopefully ill get notified of amny advancements or playability.

Updates are posted on the forums and shared on all social media, as well as the website. There you can see best when the last update was posted, I think it'll be hard to miss when the next big step rolls out to the public, but when that'll be idk. So keep an eye out every now and then and you'll be fine, the steam group will also be more active again when it happens :)
