It's impossible to tell you. A weapon could be anywhere from 1 to 10000 cp.

Some weapons that will cost very high CP values are going to be artifacts players have to find and cannot reproduce.

The CP values are also pending for change based on balance and adjusting CP to reflect the value of the component which is not always about damage.

In that style, could perhaps a artifact be a rare capital ship weapon?

Mass in space is irelavent! I can throw a hammer in space and it will
Change my direction if flight! So more armor more mass is most irelelevant! Whats the point there is the faster smt is "floating" the more enegry you need to change its direction! Its all about vectorial math! Nothing is about mass!
