Wait until FTL is back in, and you can easily get everywhere :D. That makes it sooo much fun, even though in this case it forced people to fight more tactically.

Also, when research gets re-enabled as well, you can get loads of different weapons and shields and such you haven't been able to play with since you became infiltrator i dont think.

Want to keep up to date on the playtesting / server status, or just talk to the developers? The steam group is a good way to get in touch! We are always in chat on Thursdays and often on the days as well to talk with you guys about whatever :). Link: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/NovusA ... filtrators

I'll ask Nick about this for you and get you the answer tomorrow (well, today). I saw your question, but since I was actually playing the game, I couldnt really answer you at that point.

I won't be an infiltrator until you get your beauty sleep :3
But I get your point. This amazing system which is so in-depth is bare bones even for your Alpha.
Can't even imagine that final game.

Lol its easy to see that I was Wolfoftheshadows well I wasn't hiding it but yeah that's a thing that can be used on extremely veterans gamers and other things that can be extremely funny like three very very big alliances get ready to duke it out then a soft gamma ray bursts from a neutron star and causes massive damage unto them then some of them come a bit close to the neutron star and the gravity sucks them into it crushing their ship lol

Pfft. What, the old "I have to make an immersive game playable to tens of thousands of people simultaneously" excuse? Totally unacceptable.

Okay, so I asked. Random events like solar flares, meteor swarms, plasma storms and shit like that is in the plans. It's not something that is ultra high on the list, but we definitly want all that cool stuff in. How it will effect players is still up in the air aswell.

Does that answer your question?
