havent received the game

I have backed the game on kick starter but i have not received the game.
I selected the colonial peacekeeper edition 9 months ago and was told that i would probably receive the game on April of 2014, it is now November and i have tried to contact taitale studios but i have not received any emails or messages on kickstarter.
if anyone could help me then please message me on the matter

Your tier includes a steam key which was ment to give access to the game as soon as the game is released on steam.
However everyone with a stam key will get access very soon, althought the game will not be steam yet.
I'm sure there will be plenty of notifications once that happens, so you can't miss it :)

Sorry for the late response, you probably need to click the [resend it] button on the http://www.taitale.com/?page=product_redeem page to get the claim code emailed (I checked the bacontree account and found no claimed funds).

Clicking that will also link you to a page to finalize your tier selection. Once that is done it will place the tier items into the product_redeem page.
